End of 1st Semester but start of something special.

  First year First Semester and First blog for this year - It was a rollercoaster of a ride. Just can't imagine that 1 semester has actually ended.  One sem is usually 6 months but this one was about 4 months.  Last 2 weeks was extremely painful. Not the exams but the grind for the exams.  December to January was the most stressful months I experienced.  Firstly Lab exams - Not one , Not two but three of them. Physics Lab was fine, Engineering graphics was very lengthy and time limit was less. Next was Assignments which was comparatively easier than Lab exams coz we got time to finish. A week before my end sems we had our holidays and my parents were in Jaipur during that time. Both my roommates went home and I was all alone in my hostel room. It was an awkward feeling but did get some space during that time.  Missed my parents and especially my younger bro during that time. Ok now back to end sems. 2022 - A year filled with memories and more

  LAST BLOG FOR THIS YEAR  Its been a long time since I actually wrote a blog this and now I get the time to write one. Just wanted to le you know that this will be my last blog for this year.  2022 - what a year its been.  Started with a busy 3 months in school but got to share a lot of memories with my 12th friends. Had loads of fun with them.  The first 3 months were extremely tough. Pounded with assignments. As a  design student it was hectic but enjoyed it at the same time.  The highlight of the year was when I got my karate blackbelt. After 6 years of karate I finally get to wear this. Preboards was the time to forget actually. All of a sudden from MCQ we go to subjective. Even though I prefer subjective over objective It was tough. Immediately after preboards we have board practicals and then again preboards.   Disappointed with our school's way of conducting our graduation. Leopard Spotted near MIT, Piled up with Assignments and Heavy rains

      DAY 71 (14-12-22) 6:40 AM - Its December and its the wrong time for God to actually shower rain on our city. We can't help it but its fine. Its pouring and pouring and pouring. As said the previous month December is gonna be tight and yes its tight. In sems were over the last week but eventually after that we are piled up with assignments.  And the very next week we do have our Lab exams.  Weekend was well spent back home. Got to meet my parents after 2 weeks (stayed back the last to last week) and plus it was my younger brother's birthday 😊  Had my NCC selections last and chuffed to hear the fact that I got selected. Wanted to join it with an intention to get disciplined and another reason is some of my relatives were in the army. Successfully all my physics lab experiments are over along with VIVA.  Just don't wanna get Series and Parallel resonance experiment for lab exam as its a real pain 😭. Lot of theory. Post Fest: In sems and 2 months completion in Hostel

     DAY 62 (25-11-22) 12:42 AM - Last week was fest week. This week is In sem week and it will continue even next week. Just want to say that I have completed 2 months staying over here in Hostel in no time. It's just like my second home now. The second day of Fest was the best coz we had a concert in the evening and it was really a day to remember. DJ night was real fun. Moment of the fest was when our director danced last week. But the pain comes when we realise that in sems are in 4 days. Labs also we can't skip 😭. It really a burden. Came back on Tuesday and this time with coffee powder. This is with an intention to sacrifice my sleep for in sems prep. Well it somewhat was working. Did see some changes near our hostel. Outdoor gym built (Oldies park😂). Really enjoy using it. Falak Fest Day - 1 (Treasure Hunt, Dance Performances and Stand Up)

     DAY 53 (25-11-22) 6:40 AM - Its Friday so its Fest Day. Had loads of fun Started from 12:15 but before exploring anything  anything I needed to get the band for the Stand Up Show which was from 5:30.  Stood in the line for nearly an hour. When my turn came I see that all the bands are over. The gold pass that I paid for went down the drains at that moment. But we got to sit inside and could see the entire show.  It was so hot that I had gone back to my room to sleep for sometime. Missed the basketball games during that time 😢 First sat in the  MUN conference room for sometime. The delegates were doing  really well.  Next was an open mic event called "Tell a tale." Basically we can sing, act or talk about anything. I just recited a poem 😅. Then sat in the auditorium to watch the Dance performances. NCC meetup , Delayed Dinner and a Good cricket match

    DAY 50 (22-11-22) 6:40 AM -  Quizzes are over but next week we have in sems 💀. So it's gonna be a really tight December.  In sems from 1st to 7th and then 2 weeks later we have assignments and lab exam 😭. Yesterday night we had fried rice and chilly chicken. Had to wait for 20 minutes coz chilly chicken got over. Was disappointed with the delay Hope this doesn't happen again. This week is like a stress buster week. No exams and College Fest's in 3 days. 🤞 Today I played with the TAPMI guys. Really nice guys. Played 2 games and won both. Both were good games. The football ground was packed coz there was a warm-up match between our boys (MIT boys) and the Srishti boys. Boys played well and we won 5-0. Warm-up game for the fest. Today was fun coz we had our first NCC meetup. Like yesterday I applied for it. Basically it was a  tree plantation session  and we got to meet a retired army general.  We planted around 7 trees today and I got to plant one...

Another Good week ,Cricket Nets and Internet speed

   DAY 48 (19-11-22) 7:00 AM - Well yet another well spent week. But quiz ain't over yet. Maths still left 💀. So my dad's birthday was this week and unfortunately I couldn't come back home to celebrate. Could wish him on phone this time. But now I am back and spending some quality time with family. Best thing which happened this week was nets are open. We could play cricket under the light. Playing under the lights is really fun. But the fun was temporary coz we were asked to go out again as according to them a tennis ball can damage a tarred pitch 🤡. Sports room is in our floor (HB-2 ground floor) so we can take any sports equipment we want between 6 to 8 pm 😊. Internet speed was god mode on Thursday(TEMPORARY). This is the first time that I actually got an internet speed of 40 mbps or more in my room. But these moments don't last long.
